Research statement

My research centers around mathematical statistics, focusing on semi- and nonparametric inferential problems. I study Bayesian approach to such problems, with a special interest in frequentist properties of Bayesian procedures, i.e., consistency, posterior contraction, posterior limits, etc. An important part of my research is motivated by the increasing popularity of Bayesian approach to nonparametric inverse problems. In particular, I am interested in general conditions for posterior contraction in nonparametric inverse problems.
