This calculator is based on the Erlang-C traffic model. In this help function we explain the use of the calculator. To understand what the calculator does and how to interpret the result we refer to the book Call center mathematics by Ger Koole.
To use the calculator, you have to enter some numbers. In the first column you can select which input you will give. The calculator needs at least three input parameters. You will have to give at least two numbers of the first three input fields (so at least two fields of how many calls you will receive, the average duration of those calls and the number of agents present, should contain data) and the missing values will be computed.
There is also a restriction to the number of agents: it should be an integer number.
